Jimmy Diaz is a senior e-Learning Instructional Designer and Developer with a specialization in higher education. He has led e-learning programs for several global companies, including IBM, Siemens, Kaplan Financial, Samsung, American Airlines, Deutsche Bank, Colgate, Türkiye İş Bankası, Santander Bank, BBVA, MAPFRE, and Volkswagen, among others. Additionally, he has developed e-learning Master’s degree programs for the University of Manchester and further education programs for various colleges in the UK, such as Nescot College, Trafford College, Weston College, Canterbury College, Westminster Kingsway College, and Kent College. His experience also includes collaboration with the University of Deusto, CEAC, and Grupo Planeta Formación in Spain.
Jimmy earned his degree in Analysis, Design, and Programming of Information Systems from the Corporación para Estudios de Electrónica y Sistemas (CORPES). He later obtained a certification in Project Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Additionally, he is a certified Instructional Designer with credentials from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), he also completed several certifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MiT) in Machine Learning, Modelling and Simulation: Engineering Problem-Solving in the Age of AI, Machine Learning, Modelling and Simulation Principles, Applying Machine Learning to Engineering and Science.

Solid experience working collaboratively with higher education academic teams to storyboard and develop online courses for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees for The University of Manchester.
